Objective. To determine the association between the quality of care and satisfaction in pregnant women attended in two first level care health establishments, Iquitos 2022. Methodology. Quantitative research study Non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional and prospective research design. The population made up of 1404 pregnant women. The sample consisted of 495 Outcome. In the sociodemographic data, the ages of 20 to 34 years predominated in both health establishments (IPRESS America - IPRESS October 9), in 66.4% and 59.1% respectively; secondary education level 71.8% and 69.6%; cohabiting marital status 80.3% and 86.0%; 100% and 72.0% came from urban areas, 76.5% and 77.0% were housewives. Obstetric characteristics are observed, with a predominance of multiparity in both health establishments with 62.2% and 59.5% respectively; Likewise, it was found in all pregnant women, less than 6 APN with 79.4% and 54.1%; at IPRESS America 45.0% of the pregnant women interviewed were in the third trimester of pregnancy, while in the IPRESS October 9, 47.5% were in the second trimester. In both establishments, the quality of care was rated as good in the five dimensions: tangible elements 63.5% and 76.6%, reliability dimension with 74.0% and 73.5% respectively, security 59.2% and 68.5%, empathy 84.5% and 53.3%. and in the response capacity dimension 50.8% and 57.1% respectively. The satisfaction of pregnant women in prenatal care was satisfied with 53.0% and 54.1%. Conclusion. Overall, the quality of prenatal care was good in both establishments with 60.5% and 65.4%. There is a significant association between satisfaction and quality in prenatal care with a value p= 0.001 in the IPRESS America and a value p= 0.002 in the IPRESS 9 October.
