Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad constituir una empresa enfocada a la comercialización de ropa para niñas, en la ciudad de Iquitos, la que ofrecerá una gran variedad de diseños exclusivos según temporada y tendencia, dirigido a personas de los NSE A,B y C. El mercado a atender principalmente será la ciudad de Iquitos, sin descartar envíos a diferentes partes del país, según demanda. Como fuente de aprovisionamiento, se contará con proveedores tanto internacional como nacional, con procesos cortos y eficientes. La estructura organizacional interna será simple con funciones claras, nuestros colaboradores gozarán con todos los beneficios de acuerdo con ley, se brindarán capacitaciones de forma permanente para garantizar así un servicio integral de calidad. El estudio económico financiero indica un Valor actual neto económico (VAN) de S/. 129,272 y un Valor actual neto financiero de S/. 129,718. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIR) es de 88% y la Tasa interna de retorno financiera es de 172%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.3.10 y el índice beneficio costo financiero es de S/.12.21.

The purpose of this project is to create a company focused on the commercialization of clothing for girls, in the city of Iquitos, which will offer a wide variety of exclusive designs according to season and trend, aimed at people of NSE A, B and C. The market to serve mainly will be the city of Iquitos, without ruling out shipments to different parts of the country, according to demand. As a source of supply, there will be both international and national suppliers, with short and efficient processes. The internal organizational structure will be simple with clear functions, our collaborators will enjoy all the benefits in accordance with the law, training will be provided permanently to guarantee a comprehensive quality service. The financial economic study indicates an Economic Net Present Value (VAN) of S/. 129,272 and a Financial Net Present Value of S/. 129,718. The economic internal rate of return (IRR) is 88% and the financial internal rate of return is 172%. The economic cost benefit index is S/.3.10 and the financial cost benefit index is S/.12.21.
