Noise emission pollution is a problem that threatens public health and permanently alters natural conditions in ecosystems. For this reason, an evaluation of noise pollution was carried out in special protection areas of the MINSA Health Center and the EsSalud Medical Post Assistance Center in the cities of Nauta and Requena. Noise measurement monitoring was carried out at four different points, during the daytime in two periods of time, being from 07:00 am - 09:00 am and from 12:00 m - 02:00 pm. The highest data of the noise level was shown in the two schedules with an average of the minimum data of 72 dB and maximum data of 94 decibels dB; In the four monitored points, the presence of noise levels exceeds the permitted limit, which is 50 dB, determined in the ECA DS 85-2003. The results achieved show the levels of noise emission pollution that exceed the permitted limits. Additionally, the analysis of the results indicates high noise data at points with vehicular traffic, which requires corrective actions to mitigate the negative impacts caused.
