Gestión pedagógica y calidad del servicio en estudiantes de 5º de secundaria del colegio nacional Iquitos, 2021.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el grado en que se relaciona la gestión pedagógica y la calidad del servicio en estudiantes de 5° de secundaria del Colegio Nacional Iquitos en el año 2021. La investigación fue de tipo correlacional y diseño no experimental, transeccional correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 1,500 estudiantes de 5° de secundaria del Colegio Nacional Iquitos y la muestra la conformó 121 estudiantes. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. El análisis de los datos se realizó empleando la estadística descriptiva para el estudio de cada variable y la estadística inferencial no paramétrica Chi Cuadrada (x2) para la demostración de la hipótesis. El resultado de la investigación fue: La gestión pedagógica y la calidad del servicio se relacionan en grado medio en estudiantes de 5° de secundaria del Colegio Nacional Iquitos en el año 2021, cuando se obtuvo r = 38%.

The objective of the research was: To determine the degree to which pedagogical management and service quality are related in 5th grade high school students of the Iquitos National College in the year 2021. The research was of a correlational type and a non-experimental, transectional-correlational design. The population consisted of 1,500 5th grade high school students from the Iquitos National College and the sample was made up of 121 students. The technique used in data collection was the survey and the instrument wasthe questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics for the study of eachvariable and non-parametric inferential statistics Chi Square (x2) for thedemonstration of the hypothesis. The result of the investigation was: The pedagogical management and the quality of the service are related in a medium degree in students of 5th grade of secondary school of the National College of Iquitos in the year 2021, when r = 38%was obtained.
