Objective. Validation of Biochemical Tests: TGO, TGP and Alkaline Phosphatase with the Cobas 311 Automated equipment. Materials and methods. For the intraassay and interassay precision studies, internal control materials were used, for the comparative studies we used samples from external proficiency panels, with known results, for the linearity study we used a linearity panel from Maine standards, for the reference ranges, samples from 20 healthy males and 20 healthy females. Results. The intraassay and interassay precision studies for the TGO, TGP and alkaline phosphatase analytes were acceptable because the coefficient of variation values obtained were below the manufacturer's coefficient of variation. The comparative studies of TGO, TGP, Alkaline Phosphatase of the ACSA Laboratory compared to the Anglolab Laboratory, was accepted because the correlation coefficient of the three analytes was above 0.999. The linearity studies of TGO, TGP, alkaline phosphatase, verified the manufacturer's linearity range. Likewise, the reference range studies in healthy males and healthy females were verified with the manufacturer's ranges.
