In our country, it has been identified that the most frequent problems during the execution of a construction work are related to non-compliance with deadlines and cost overruns generated by the absence or inadequate application of project management tools both in the pre-investment phase and in the final phase. of investment with the elaboration of the technical file and the stage of contractual execution. Construction companies depend a lot on the stability of the economy and the amounts of public or private investment, considering that in our country large amounts of investment have been allocated to the construction sector in recent years and that the construction sector is the industry that stabilizes the national economy, it is necessary to execute the projects reaching high productivity rates, minimizing the risks of delays, cost overruns and guaranteeing the required quality.
