The objective of this work was to determine the prevalence of antibodies against Sars-Cov-2 in patients treated in a Private ClinicIquitos, period March-May 2021. The research design used was descriptive, prospective, and crosssectional. The population consisted of a total of 635 epidemiological files for COVID 19, treated in a private Clinic during the March - May 2021 period and which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique used in data collection was the primary source collection and the data collection instrument was the epidemiological records. Our study found a prevalence of 37% of the studied population that had already been infected by SARS-CoV-2. Regarding the prevalence of IGM antibodies against Sars-Cov-2, in our study population it was 0.8%, the prevalence of IGG antibodies against Sars-Cov-2 obtained a prevalence of 3% and the prevalence of antibodies IGG and IGM against Sars-Cov-2, according to sex, was 46% for the female sex and 54% for the male sex.
