The objective of the institution was to determine the attitude of users towards digital information and communication technologies. Its design was descriptive, with a sample of 20 users, to whom a questionnaire was applied. People are often receiving digital information, 47.5%, and here women predominate (25.0%) and by age group, from 25 to 40 years (20%). Keywords: digital health information, attitude towards technology. People consider it very important to control their health, 51.4%, formed by men (32.4%) and observing by age, under 25 years (21.6%). Men give a lot of utility to know their health, 32.4%; and those under 25, 18.9%. The most information received corresponds to hours of days and hours of operation, 59.46%. Another important group, 43.24%, has received report of diagnostic imaging. Regarding the user's attitude towards information technology, they know the existence of the application to achieve their appointment, both men and women, 80%. The age group you know best, under 25 years old, 32.5%. Men who once used it, 37.5%, and those under 25, 25%. For men it was very helpful in getting the doctor's appointment.
