Psychosocial Occupational Risks and their Relation to Labor Performance in Administrative Personnel of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, IQUITOS. Bach. Psych. Charlie Omar Saavedra Carey Introduction: According to the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (2012), psychosocial risk is a consequence of deficiencies in the structure, design, organization, distribution and management of work, as well as a limited context social work, which can cause negative effects on the worker (psychological, physical and social) such as job stress, burnout or depression. Objective: To determine if there is a relationship between occupational psychosocial risks and job performance in the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. Methodology: The research method will be quantitative since the questionnaires that will be applied will provide numerical scores which will be statistically processed in order to verify the degree of correlation between the variables considered. The research population was made up of a total of 60 personnel from the Service Provider Institution. The instruments were two Likert-type questionnaires that were applied in order to collect information about the knowledge of the members of the sample about the variables considered in the present investigation. Results: The research sample consisted of 60 people of which 57% belonged to the female gender and 43% to the male gender, their ages fluctuated between 22 and 50 years of age. It was concluded that Occupational Psychosocial Risks (Psychological Demands) are negatively and significantly related to job performance. That is, as Occupational Psychosocial Risks (Psychological Demands) increase, work performance tends to decrease in the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. It was concluded that, as Active Work and Skills Development increases, work performance increases in the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. It was concluded that, as the Social Support of the Company and the Quality of Leadership increases, the work performance of the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution increases - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. It was concluded that, as compensation increases, work performance tends to increase in the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. It was concluded that, as Double Presence increases, work performance decreases in the Administrative Staff of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020. Conclusion: It was concluded that Occupational Psychosocial Risks are negatively and significantly related to job performance. That is, as Occupational Psychosocial Risks increase, work performance tends to decrease in the Administrative Personnel of a Health Service Provider Institution - IPRESS, Iquitos, 2020”. Therefore, the General Hypothesis was considered proven. Key Words: Psychosocial Risks, Work Performance.
