Maternal mortality is a public health problem that has one of its strategies to reduce it is the pregnant women's knowledge of symptoms and warning signs. Objective Determine the level of knowledge about symptoms and warning signs in pregnant women served in IPRESS I-3 in Requena Methodology Quantitative type study of descriptive, transversal, prospective, correlative design, interviewing pregnant people attended at IPRESS I-3 in Requena. Applying a semi-structured questionnaire of 14 premises. Results 45.7% of the pregnant women interviewed had a regular level of knowledge about symptoms and warning signs, 30.4% bad and 23.9% a good level; knowledge was significantly associated with greater parity (p-0.033), 6 to more prenatal care (p=0.034) and to the receipt of information on symptoms and warning signs (p=0.009). Conclusion One in 4 pregnant people served in Requena IPRESS-3 has a good level of knowledge about symptoms and warning signs.
