The general objective of the research was to determine the influence of ground glass on concrete f'c 210 kg/cm2 seeking to improve its properties in the fresh and hardened state. In the research four designs of mixtures were made, the first was made a design of standard mixture without ground glass content, this served us to make the comparison between the three designs that was added percentages of ground glass to 2.00%,5% and 7.00% of the total weight of the cement, the standard concrete was designed to reach a resistance of 210 kg / cm2 at 28 days. Having added ground glass to the concrete, it was evaluated that in its fresh state it does not cause alterations in the workability that this will be a good alternative for the technological advancement of the concrete. It was obtained result that the ground glass increases the durability of the concrete with respect to the standard concrete, by increasing the percentage of ground glass improves the resistance. With respect to the result s we also determined the evolution of the resistance effect occurs in the shortest possible time accelerating the setting at its early age.
