Aplicación móvil para mejorar la comunicación de la cámara de comercio, producción y turismo San Martín con sus asociados - 2018

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se realiza el análisis y desarrollo de una aplicación móvil a una problemática que sucede en la Cámara de Comercio, Producción y Turismo San Martín, por medio de cuestionarios se determina la situación de los indicadores antes y después de la implementación de la propuesta. Los datos analizados muestran resultados beneficiosos, cabe resaltar que el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal determinar el nivel de mejora que existe después implementar una aplicación móvil. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo luego de realizar las encuestas esto para determinar los niveles de frecuencia que marco el encuestado. Se resuelven todos los objetivos específicos dentro de los cuales en un objetivo específico se desarrolla el sistema mediante la metodología, se realiza un análisis inferencial para contrastar las hipótesis, concluyendo este proyecto se presenta la respectiva discusión contrastando nuestros resultados con cada uno de los trabajos previos, así mismo se plantean las conclusiones una por cada objetivo específico y las recomendaciones se realizan uno para la institución donde se realizó el proyecto otro para la universidad y otro para futuros investigadores Luego de la implementación se presentan mejoras significativas de satisfacción en cuanto a la programación de actividades internas y externas que realiza la cámara.

In this project, the analysis and development of a mobile app to a problem that occurs in the San Martín Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is carried out, through questionnaires the situation of the indicators is determined before and after the implementation of the proposal.
