The objective of this research work is to evaluate the time and cost in the proposal to improve the high-light sewers on the Yurimaguas - Munichis highway, Alto Amazonas province, Loreto department. Reaching among others the following conclusions: • Budget for the large span sewer according to Technical File: S /. 642,869.63. Budget for the large light sewer, according to the improvement proposal: S /. 622,363.40. With this, we can conclude that the Double SP MP152 Vaulted 38PA5-21 culvert proposal has a lower cost in S / 20,506.23, compared to the large span culvert considered in the Bolt Plate Horizontal Elipse VR17 Project Technical File. This is due to the lower cost of the Supply and Installation of the culvert, as well as the lower use of structural fill. • Evaluating the second objective, Execution time between the Technical file and the Proposal, we conclude that the culvert of the Bolt Plate Horizontal Elipse VR17 technical file takes 30 days to execute, while the Double SP MP152 Vaulted 38PA5- 21 proposal, it takes a time of 25 days to execute. This being a difference of 5 days. It should be noted that this analysis is done in relation to only the construction process, since if we include the manufacturing and delivery of materials, this could represent a greater difference. The culvert of the File Bolt Plate Horizontal Elipse VR17, lacks demand in the current market because it is imported and patented materials, which is why the manufacturing and importing time would be much longer than the Proposed Double SP MP152 Vaulted culvert 38PA5-21, which are of national manufacture, which would also imply that, if a fault were to occur, the damaged element could be replaced more quickly.
