Loreto presents indicators of sexual and reproductive health that determine that it is a health problem such as pregnancy in adolescents, maternal and perinatal complications, decaying in Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis, in strengthening positive and responsible attitude during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, in order to reduce maternal and perinatal morbidity. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and attitude about obstetric psychoprophylaxis in the pregnant women of two human settlements of the district of San Juan Bautista - Iquitos. Matherial and methods: The study was quantitative type, descriptive, cross-cutting, prospective, correlal, 85 pregnant people were found between January to March 2020, 48 AAHH Anita Cabrera and 37 AAHH Bello Horizon, hey are asked a questionnaire of 18 questions to know their level of knowledge about psychoprophylaxis, benefits, and on psychoprophylaxis sessions; and an 11- premises Li kertattial teston dilation, expulsion and childbirth. Results: It was found that 54.2% of the pregnant women surveyed have a good level of knowledge, 32.9% regular and 12.9% bad; 70.6% have a positive attitude, 15.3% indifferent and 14.1% negative. 82.6% of pregnant women with a good level of knowledge and 75.0% with regular level of knowledge had a significantly positive attitude towards obstetric psychoprophylaxis. Conclusion: The pregnant women of AAHH Anita Cabrera and Bello Horizonte have a good level of knowledge and positive attitude about psychoprophylaxis, knowledge influences the attitude of the pregnant
