This investigation was made with the finality to give a situational diagnostic of level of study habits in which students from 1st to 3rd year of Maynas school are found, since its related to the academic performance that they give. This evaluation is given in five areas (how he studies, how he prepares for his exams, how he pays attention in clases and what accompanies his moments of study. The results show in general way that 40.06% of students present the level of negative tendency in the formation of study habits.
