In order for an organization to identify whether it can successfully export its products to the global market, its export potential must be analyzed, which allows finding the capacities and qualities in administrative management, productive and logistics management, international market management and export logistics, and economic and financial management, necessary for its successful insertion into the chosen market, so the research focuses on the description of the export potential of the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Yarinacocha through the analysis of the management of these sectors. The objective is to describe the export potential of camu camu from the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Yarinacocha in the province of Coronel Portillo to the United States of America - 2021. The scope of the research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The study population was 35 executives of the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Yarinacocha. The results of the research show that the cooperative has a high export potential (68.6%), the results of the administration, organization and customer satisfaction indicated that the administrative management (68.6%) has high level as potential, the results of the production and environmental management system indicated that the production and logistics management (51.4%) has high level as export potential, the results of research, distribution channels and export logistics indicated that the management of international markets and export logistics (60.0%) has a high level of export potential; finally, the results of costs and budgets and export financing indicated that economic and financial management (45.7%) has a high level of export potential.
