Abstract: La presente investigación titulada “Repercusiones de la Prórroga Automática del
Contrato Administrativo de Servicios (CAS)” tiene como objetivo general
determinar cuáles son las repercusiones de la Prórroga Automática del Contrato
Administrativo de Servicio.
Mediante el Decreto Supremo 065-2011-PCM (nuevo reglamento del Decreto
Legislativo N°1057) se incorpora la figura legal de la Prórroga Automática del
Contrato Administrativo de Servicios, que lejos de favorecer a los trabajadores bajo
dicho régimen los ponen en una situación de desventaja frente al empleador. La
aplicación de la Prórroga Automática del Contrato Administrativo de Servicios
genera repercusiones en los derechos laborales reconocidos en la Constitución
Política del Perú, repercusiones sociales, repercusiones económicas, y repercusiones
políticas.
La metodología utilizada usada en la presente investigación es cualitativa, se utilizó
la técnica de recolección de datos, como el análisis normativo, doctrinario,
jurisprudencial, y la entrevista.
The present investigation entitled “Repercussions of the Automatic Extension of the Administrative Service Contract (CAS)” has the general objective of determining the repercussions of the Automatic Extension of the Administrative Service Contract.
