The asbestos cement is having a very increasing level constructive prominence inside the system drywall being used for: Roofs, tabiquería and coatings for their high durability, thermal insulation and easy installation, is shaped principally by cement and fibers of vegetal origin. In the present thesis the addition of fibers of containers proposed tetrabrik, fibers of aluminum and polyethylene fibers in the elaboration of plates of asbestos cement, evaluating your behavior and resistance and cutting down on the cellulose in this type of materials, fibers were gotten by mechanical processes. They elaborated three asbestos cement plates, it added to 8 percent of fibers for total from mixture each plate, that the three elaborate plates presented a 24-hour setting visualized itself. With the plates of asbestos cement manufactured by my person it was proceeded to accomplish an evaluation of the physical properties and mechanics using the German standard DIN and the American standard ASTM, the proofs you show them the ones they submitted to they were of: • Bending strength • Compression of thickness • Thermal conductivity Finally came true a comparison of the essays between test tubes prepared only with asbestos cement and the test tubes of asbestos cement added with fibers of tetrabrik, aluminum and polyethylene the obtained results were favorable, contributing with the development of a new material with a potential of use, excepting the ones of resistance to push-up which they had a low performance, and not keeping the normative DIN'S parameters.
