The purpose of this research was to determine the quantitative effect of the human resources management indicators of non-teaching staff on the economic results of the Andean University of Cusco 2017; Its execution was carried out from the quantitative approach, this being a descriptive investigation of two variables, with a non-experimental transectional or transversal design. It was determined that the labor cost indicator is the one that has the greatest quantitative effect reaching the amount of S / 10,442,680.92, absenteeism follows with a value of S / 681,780.12 and delays with S / 17,554.23. The management indicators: resignations, not making physical use of vacations, and selection and contracting time show a value equal to zero, which means that for the year 2017, this type of indicators was not incurred. The quantitative effect of the human resources management indicators of nonteaching staff on the economic results of the Andean University of Cusco 2017 is equal to S / 11,142,015.27 (eleven million one hundred forty-seven thousand 15 with 27/100 soles). Where the indicator with the greatest impact corresponds to labor benefits or labor cost that represents 93.72% of the labor impact of the indicators.
