In this research work we refer to the lack of interest on the part of our authorities to seek a solution for the arbitrary DISMISSALS suffered by EMPLOYEES who are arbitrarily DISMISSED at the whim of employers who choose dismissal and dissolution as the best solution contract upon learning of a possible pregnancy within the employee's family nucleus, thus violating one of the fundamental rights such as the right to work and consequently other rights such as health, life, a family, economic and employment stability.
