The present study related concern about covid and lifestyle in a sample of 326 adults between 30 and 65 years old with vulnerable conditions in Metropolitan Lima. A correlational design was used and the instruments applied were the escalation of concern about the contagion of COVID - 19 (PRE-COVID) and the Lifestyle Profile questionnaire (FIFO - II) Spanish version. The results reported that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables studied. Likewise, it was found that for the most part there are no statistically significant differences when comparing lifestyles and concern regarding the contagion of COVID-19 between men and women; except for the exercise dimension. In relation to the size of the effect, small estimates were reported in the dimensions of the lifestyle variable and in the worry about contagion variable. Finally, when contrasting concern about COVID-19 contagion and lifestyles with the option of whether or not to undergo medical treatment, it is observed that there are statistically significant differences. In relation to the size of the effect, small estimates were reported in the interpersonal relations dimension, moderate estimates in the dimensions spiritual development, exercise, nutrition, stress management, and large estimates in the health responsibility dimension and the variable worry about contagion.
