This thesis is part of the city of Cusco, the research was aimed at studying the properties of compression and bending of mortar samples fc = 125 kg / cm2 and fc = 175 kg / cm2 with the addition of macramé thread key 12 and polypropylene fibers Sikafiber®PE percentage of 0.25%, 0.50% and 1.00%, measured in percentages by weight of cement, mortar mix was manufactured Pisac fine sand, fine sand and Portland cement Cunyac type IP, and comparing these with mortar samples fc = 125 kg / cm2 and fc = 175 kg / cm2 without addiction, the tests were conducted at ages 3,7,14 and 28 days. . The design of mortar fc = 125 kg / cm2 and fc = 175 kg / cm2 was developed with a Colombian methodology when mixing mortar flow parameters design was verified and further verification was carried out at the macramé yarn addition key 12 and polypropylene fibers in percentages Sikafiber®PE 0.25%, 0.50% and 1.00%, with the obtained mixture type cubic samples of 5 cm side and compression testing prismatic samples was prepared 4cm * 4cm * 16cm for bending test. According to the results, mortar with polypropylene fibers added Sikafiber®PE, improve the compressive strength of a fc = 175 kg / cm2 in a mortar being greater fc = 125kg / cm2 mortar, which is contrary to the bending properties that are reduced in a f'c = 125 kg / cm2 and f'c = 175 kg / cm2 mortar. The mortar added with key macramé thread 12 reduces the resistance to compression of f'c = 175 kg / cm2 mortar, in the case of f'c = 125 kg / cm2 mortar will only increase percentages of 0.25% and subsequently begins to descend, the flexural strength is reduced in a f'c = 175 kg / cm2 and mortar is increased 125kg / cm2 mortar.
