El control simultáneo y la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe – Canchis - Cusco - periodo 2020

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “El Control Simultáneo y la Gestión Administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe – Canchis - Cusco - Periodo 2020”, para realizar dicha investigación se observó que la Contraloría General de la Republica estableció realizar el acompañamiento a las Entidades Públicas a través del Control Simultáneo, el cual consiste en examinar de forma objetiva y sistemática los hitos de control o las actividades de un proceso en curso en ese sentido, durante el desarrollo del Control Simultáneo en la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe, en todas se informó de la existencia de situaciones adversas, para de esta manera dicha Municipalidad adopte las acciones preventivas y correctivas según corresponda. Por lo que el presente estudio tiene como objetivo general describir el Control Simultáneo y la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Periodo 2020; además tiene como primer objetivo específico describir el control simultaneo respecto al control concurrente, la orientación de oficio y la visita de control en la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Periodo 2020 y como segundo objetivo específico describir la gestión administrativa respecto a la planeación, la organización, la dirección y el control de la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Periodo 2020; metodológicamente es una investigación descriptiva, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo; la población está compuesta por 50 trabajadores y la muestra lo conforman 6 trabajadores de las diferentes subgerencias de la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe, asimismo, el estudio desarrolla una descripción de las variables de Control Simultáneo y Gestión Administrativa, partiendo de los 5 informes del Control Simultáneo emitidas por las dependencias de la Contraloría General de la República, a la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe, en el periodo de 2020. En la presente investigación se concluyó que el Control Simultaneo se desarrolla de forma “muy adecuada” en la Municipalidad distrital de Checacupe, ello respaldado por el 50% de los trabajadores administrativos del área correspondiente; así mismo respecto a la variable Gestiona Administrativa se tuvo que esta se desarrolla de forma “ buena” en la Municipalidad Distrital de Checacupe, ello evidenciado por el 50% de los trabajadores administrativos del área correspondiente a quienes se les hizo una encuesta, estas conclusiones responden positivamente al objetivo general de la presente investigación.

This thesis entitled “The Simultaneous Control and Administrative Management of the District Municipality of Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Period 2020“, in order to carry out this investigation it was observed that the Comptroller General of the Republic established to carry out the accompaniment to the Public Entities through the Simultaneous Control, which consists of examining objectively and systematically the monitoring milestones or the activities of an ongoing process in this regard, during the development of the Simultaneous Control in the District Municipality of Checacupe, In all cases, adverse situations were reported, in order to take preventive and corrective actions as appropriate. For what the present study has as general objective to describe the Simultaneous Control and the administrative management of the District Municipality of Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Period 2020; also has as its first specific objective to describe the simultaneous control regarding the concurrent control, the orientation of office and the control visit in the District Municipality of Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Period 2020 and as a second specific objective to describe the administrative management regarding the planning, organization, direction and control of the District Municipality of Checacupe - Canchis - Cusco - Period 2020; methodologically it is a descriptive research, with a non-experimental design and quantitative approach; the population is composed of 50 workers and the sample is made up of 6 workers from the different sub-management of the District Municipality of Checacupe, also, the study develops a description of the variables of Simultaneous Control and Administrative Management, based on the 5 reports of the Simultaneous Control issued by the offices of the Comptroller General of the Republic, to the District Municipality of Checacupe, in the period 2020.In the present investigation it was concluded that the Simultaneous Control is developed in a “very adequate” way in the district Municipality of Checacupe, this supported by 50% of the administrative workers of the corresponding area; Likewise, regarding the Administrative Management variable, it was developed in a “good” way in the District Municipality of Checacupe, this evidenced by 50% of the administrative workers of the corresponding area who were surveyed, these conclusions respond positively to the general objective of the present investigation.
