This research was conducted to company personnel S.A.C. Consettur Machu Picchu, is a reasoned able to know to what extent continuous improvement is related to the file system analysis of the dimensions of both variables study. The type of research carried out is basic, the level is descriptive correlational and nonexperimental design, taking as study population at 34 people working in The company, the survey technique was used with the instrument the writ of questions, observation with its record of observation and interview with the interview guide instrument, the results were processed by Excel and SPSS statistical software V20. In assessing the variables was determined that 35.3% of staff surveyed said that continuous improvement in the company Consetur Machu Picchu S.A.C. has an average level, 32.4% of staff indicated that the level is low, as to the variable file system was determined that 35.3% of staff surveyed expressed a low level and 32.4% indicated that the level is medium. Consequently 95% reliability using statistical Chi square X² = 0.67 can say that continuous improvement is related to the file system in the company Consettur Machu Picchu SAC, where certain degree of relationship by Pearson correlation is r = 0.73 is 73%; the same can be considered as a high positive correlation.
