CAT MD6540C model drilling equipments from a Mining Company in Ancash region where Drilling and Blasting (D&B) work is carried out for mineral extraction. With the development and implementation of a system for measuring drilling parameters such as the length of the hole and the rate of penetration in real time using DTI laser sensors, the operator would be helped to graphically visualize the progress of his drilling work. These parameter records are used to calculate the hardness of the ground (stratification) and the performance of the operator by the D&B and Training areas of the mine. The present work was beginning during the first semester of the year 2022, detailing the main activities that were developed for the operation of the measurement system of the advance of the hole with laser sensors in two drilling equipments in a Mining Company. Ancash region. Huari province.
