In this sufficiency work, four projects implemented in Compañía Minera Antamina S.A. are detailed and focused on improving the fueling process using the Six Sigma methodology. The main objective is to reduce operational delays related to fuel supply, thus increasing the use of haulage trucks, which translates into higher tonnage moved per year, making the company more productive and profitable. The project "Standardization of information in real-time with the Dispatch system" consists of the implementation of a program that, through a series of automatic instructions, transfers information from Repsol's database to Dispatch in real-time and a reliable manner. The project “Increase of supply from 750 gallons to 950 gallons in Komatsu trucks” focuses on increasing and standardizing the number of gallons supplied per truck, thus reducing the variability of the process and the times that a truck fuels per day/week. The project “Improvement of the fueling process” is based on the review and analysis of the current procedure to identify opportunities for improvement in the sub- processes through the analysis of added value. The project "Installation of a 300 GPM valve in the Baja Ley" is a recently implemented pilot program, which consists of replacing the old 90 GPM valve with a modern 300 GPM one, the main objective is to reduce the thread time fueling up to 65%.
