Today one of the cleanest processes can be seen in mining Hydrometallurgy , which is a much cleaner process compared to the roasting and smelting to generate much S02 ( Sulfur Dioxide ) , these processes are also used to obtaining copper . Among the current steps applied in Hydrometallurgy you can see one that is the key to everything. I mean Leaching is a process by which it is dissolving the precious metal in a solution which is called rich solution or pregnant to be treated by other processes to obtain nearly pure metal , in our case try the Mineral Research copper, as copper is currently one of the metals mined in large quantities in Peru and the world. Will be research in this thesis to see the action of one of the reagents used for the Recovery of Copper, I mean the sulfuric acid which can be obtained from supply stores or by treatment of S02 generated by foundries, other reason by which this reagent is the fast attack oxides used . In this thesis the exact dose of acid was investigated to obtain maximum recovery in a mining project that is currently taking place in Peru so we can optimize this stage of the recovery process of the copper copper ores.
