The objective of this research work is to publicize social skills and teamwork in students of Clothing Technology, at the National University of Education, it is a research with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach and descriptive-correlational design. The population was made up of 112 students and the sample was made up of 87 from the Clothing Technology Program, obtained at random using the probabilistic technique. The data collection instrument was the questionnaire, validated by expert judgment and its reliability determined using Cronbach's alpha test 0.921 in social skills and 0.942 teamwork. The results indicate that 34.5% have good skills, 29.9% have regular skills, 18.4% have very good skills, another 12.6% have bad skills, and 4.6% (4) have very bad skills. Regarding teamwork, 50.6% of those surveyed indicated that teamwork is regular, 18.4% stated that it is good, 13.8% said that it is very good, another 12.6% said that it is bad, and 4.6% very bad. Likewise, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between social skills and teamwork in students (p ˂ 0.05, Spearman's Rho = 0.878, with a very high positive correlation).
