The objective of this research work is to establish the correspondence between productive projects and the labor insertion of parents, in Pachacutec, Ventanilla, year 2023. This research is quantitative, descriptive; with design not experimental, transversal, correlational. The questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to survey 53 parents. The percentage of authenticity according to the criteria of the professionals according to the results was very good, reaching an average of 83% validation. Cronbach's Alpha was used to assess the degree of reliability of the questionnaires; it was determined that they had excellent reliability (0.770 and 0.894). Furthermore, in the variable Productive projects, 93.3% of them had a very favorable and favorable result and only 5.7% denoted that they are not favorable. With reference to the variable Job insertion, all of the parents interviewed considered it very favorable or favorable. Between the variable Productive project and Labor insertion, the general hypothesis was verified with the Spearman Rho test, resulting in a considerable positive correlation (0.709), likewise, it was confirmed that bilateral significance was 0.000 < 0.05. Consequently, the general hypothesis is certified and the null hypothesis is denied. The findings of this study showed an important relationship between the two study variables (0.709, p ˂ 0.05). The more productive projects that are carried out in our town, the more likely it is that a greater number of parents will manage to enter the labor market. This will improve your purchasing power and quality of life, replicating this improvement to your social environment.
