The objective of this research work is to ensure that the general services area of a university works efficiently, providing an adequate environment for the university community and supporting academic and administrative activities. The purpose of this thesis was to establish the relationship between leadership and administrative management in the general services area of the University. The study has a quantitative approach, a non-experimental research type and a correlational design. The sample consisted of 70 workers from the general services area of the UNE. To measure the variables, two questionnaires with a Likert-type scale were used; validity was obtained by expert judgment and reliability through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, with values 0.776 and 0.776, respectively. From the results, a direct and significant relationship was established between leadership and administrative management in the general services area of the National University of Education. As evidenced by the general hypothesis test (rho of 0.851 and p-value or asymptotic sig. (Bilateral) = 0.000 which is less than 0.05) Being the Spearman Rho = 0.851, a high positive correlation is observed and the p value = 0.000 < 0.05, the relationship is statistically significant, at a confidence level of 95%.
