The objective of this research work is to raise awareness about the relationship between educational quality and virtual education through the teaching-learning process, adopting a quantitative approach, correlational level, in male and female students between 12 and 16 years of secondary school at the Dora Mayer Educational Institution in the Callao district, in the period 2021. A survey conducted with 80 students found that the quality of virtual education plays an important role in student satisfaction. Based on the data analyzed, it is determined that the educational quality and virtual education coefficients have a positive, statistically significant correlation (p < 0.001), between the study variables: Educational Quality and Virtual Education of students. Spearman's correlation coefficient was acceptable and statistically significant (Rho Spearman = 0.439; p < 0.001), this means that Educational Quality is positively correlated with Virtual Education. The study highlights a moderate relationship between the quality of education and virtual education, emphasizing its importance during health emergencies, leading to the conclusion that technology-based learning strategies should be emphasized among teaching and administrative staff. It also recognizes changes to the infrastructure of the educational institution, leading to the promotion of enabling environments that respond to the current demands of virtual and in-person learning, guaranteeing a comprehensive educational experience.
