The purpose of the following study was to “Determine the frequency of the risk of falls in older adults in a comprehensive senior center, Ancash-2024”. Material and method: the “Tinetti Scale” was used as an instrument to measure the risk of falls in older adults at CIAM. The sample consisted of 80 older adults, deductive method, quantitative approach, applied, non-experimental, observational and cross-sectional The analysis of the information was carried out with SPSS 0.27 Results: The most predominant age of older adults was 60 to 70 years, represented by 45% of the total. As for the male gender, it was represented by 52.5%, and the female gender was 47.5%. It is relevant to highlight that the risk of falls is high with 57.5%, moderate with 32.5% and finally, they have no risk of falls with 10%. Conclusion: The frequency of risk of falls in older adults is 57.5%.
