The objective of this study was to: Determine the quality of life in patients with chronic respiratory diseases, the sample was made up of 98 patients ranging in age from 30 to 60 years, Methodology: non-experimental design, cross-sectional, applied quantitative approach with descriptive level, Material and methods: an instrument was used for data collection, which was the Saint George questionnaire for quality of life, the data were processed through the SPSS V25 statistical package for descriptive statistical analysis that includes tables and graphs. , Results: in this work it was observed that patients have a total impact of the disease with 41.84% moderate, 39.08% mild, 14.29% severe and 4.08% severe, the impact on emotional well-being It occurs in 50% mild and 34.69% moderate, limitation in activities with 36.73% mild and 28.57% moderate, mild symptoms manifest in 41.84% and moderate in 31.63%. patients, the average impact is (28.87 ± 21.24) Activity (38.77 ± 25.64) Symptoms (36.07 ± 23.67) and the total of Saint George (33.35 ± 20.25). Conclusion: patients with chronic respiratory diseases have an impact on their quality of life, showing a trend from moderate to severe.
