The objective of the Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) is to analyze the effectiveness of the Six Sigma Methodology (6σ) in the Statistical Analysis (AE) of the Frequency of Incident Rates (AFII), in the work “Improvement of the Service of Vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the PP. JJ. Sol de Sacsayhuaman from the Chivay district, Caylloma province - Arequipa” The research method is Applied, the non-experimental design, of mixed approach. The AE “6σ” was applied in order to predict Risky Behaviors (CR) and prevent incidents from manifesting in accidents; then the scope was longitudinal of trend; the technique is field, includes the analysis of information; the information gathering strategy was observation and the analysis was purely statistical. The population and sample consisted of 85 convenience sampling workers. Data collection was carried out in two stages, both of 12 weeks duration. With the initial analysis, the Compliance Level (NC) of 42.78% was obtained, NC Very Deficient; where the Incident Frequency Trend (TFI) was up. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) was chosen as a control measure. The analysis of the data of the second period obtained a percentage of 93.79%, which means that NC is Good; with TFI within allowable limits. Finally, the correlation of the initial and final results of the AFII was carried out, in order to see the evolution of the TFI, mathematically verifying the improvement between the initial and final results. The results obtained show that 6σ is effective for the AFII.
