Currently, companies in the business sector that provide natural gas installation services need to be more competitive to remain in the market, a situation that requires entrepreneurs to increase productivity levels. In this context, incentive and productivity are of vital importance to achieve this desired goal. For this reason, the present investigation has as a general objective, to determine the relationship between the incentive and the productivity of the workers of the service company Arival SAC, district of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2021. The type of investigation is applied, with a quantitative approach. , nonexperimental, cross-sectional and retrospective design, descriptive and correlational in scope, applied to a population made up of 58 individuals who work at the company Arival SAC, in which no sampling criteria were applied, given that the population is small and finite. To collect data from the population, the survey was used as a technique and the Likert scale questionnaire as an instrument. The results of the descriptive statistics were that 1.7% of the surveyed individuals think that the level of incentive management is bad, 36.2% think that it is regular and 62.1% think that it is good. Regarding productivity levels, 29.3% of the individuals surveyed report that the productivity level is regular and 70.7% think it is good. Finally, it is concluded that the incentive and productivity variables are related in a positive and considerable way, it was corroborated by the Spearman correlation test, where the value of Sig.(bilateral) is 0.001, then P-value <0.05 and the value Rho is 0.606.
