The purpose of this research was to take advantage of the La Escalerilla PTAR biosolid for its application as a fertilizer in the cultivation of Mioporo seedlings, taking into account the properties of the biosolid, analyzed by laboratory, subsequently the cultivation of seedlings was carried out in November of 2019, proposing the following samples: M1 (100% agricultural land), M2 (70% agricultural land and 30% biosolid), M3 (50% agricultural land and 50% biosolid), M4 (30% agricultural land and 70% biosolid); each with 5 repetitions, having a total of 20 seedlings. The vegetative variables evaluated were: Plant height, Number of leaves and Number of branches, for this the control was carried out in a record per week of the data obtained; taking into account an irrigation of three times per week at an approximate temperature of 21 °. Having all the data was evaluated by the arithmetic mean, thus obtaining the representative averages per sample for each vegetative variable. Finally, it was obtained as results that the M2 is the sample that had the best results in terms of the three variables evaluated, in the samples M1, M3 and M4 a linear growth in height was observed, in the number of leaves after the M2, samples M3 and M4 also had higher leaf number growth compared to sample M1. For the variable Number of branches, the sample M1 showed lower growth number. Finally, the analysis was also carried out on the seedlings after 8 weeks of growth, resulting in a greater use in terms of total metals by samples M2, M3 and M4.
