Micro-enterprises today more than ever face the dilemma of carrying out financial planning over time, facing complex and unstable scenarios that often hinder their growth by not carrying out good logistics management; For this reason, we set ourselves the following objective: “to determine how financial planning can have an impact on logistics management in the micro-hardware companies of Paucarpata, 2021”, a descriptive-explanatory research is carried out, considering the descriptive-relational design, based on techniques such as the survey and documentary collection of the background of the investigation. A resolution is reached that financial planning has an incidence to a statistically reasonable degree in the management of the hardware micro-companies of Paucarpata, 2021, based on the tests that were carried out, where there is significance between the variable in independent analysis (Financial Planning) and the variable considered dependent (Logistics Management), with the estimation of significance that is 0.000 <0.05 from the Chi-Square test, therefore the hypothesis considered null was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was admitted, similar in the questionnaire applied in microenterprises Ferreteras de Paucarpata, for the most part, think that they cannot have good logistics management without having carried out financial planning, so the latter has a statistically reasonable impact on logistics management according to question No. 20, 37.8% of respondents affirm that "always" has an impact.
