This research work is based mainly on the problem of the companies involved in the construction sector in our country, since although it is true, today it has become one of the industries with the highest growth and development, is also one of those that presents greater statistics on vulnerability of rights to its workers. We can say that the field of construction is one of the most important in the country, without neglecting the others, since with this industry, we seek to provide welfare to society, since with this industry, it is helping the national infrastructure growth. Economically speaking, statistics show us that the construction sector, generates many jobs annually, since as we indicated earlier, this has been growing, and therefore also the job related risks that workers have. Many of the health and safety devices that exist in our legislation are not taken into account when hiring staff, and we see daily in the news, how is the death rate for construction workers raising alarmingly, and not only this, but also, the losses are greater than the gains. Taking into account that companies today, seek to innovate, not only in machinery but also productivity, is that they usually invest in procedures that are obsolete, do not give the expected results. This is why, with the application of the tools of LEAN CONSTRUCTION, we can reduce the statistics, since, although it is true, lean conception is used in the field of manufacturing, the principles used in this new philosophy, allows us to have control of the activities to be developed, and even more, if we apply this in the field of construction, it will allow the company to reduce deficiencies and increase profits. In the first part of our work, we develop the approach to the problem, as well as the theoretical and legal justification we develop, in addition to the general and specific objectives. In the second part, we focus on developing the theoretical basis for LEAN CONSTRUCTION, such as principles, and tools, with an explanation of each. In the third part, we have received the collaboration of the Company JAST S.R.L., who has been happy to entrust the application of our proposal in their projects, giving us the details that we need for the development of it. In the fourth part, we provide the contributions about the methodology that we have used within the Company JAST S.R.L., using the tools of LEAN CONSTRUCTION itself. In the fifth part, the results and analysis of the application of LEAN CONSTRUCTION tools in the Company JAST S.R.L. At the same time, we announce the conclusions of our work, as well as the recommendations to the application of our proposal in future works. In the Annexes, we have considered it pertinent to place each of the tools of LEAN CONSTRUCTION, in the field of construction, applied in the Company JAST S.R.L.
