The The treatment that is being given to the legal part on child abuse, which has the severe confidence that the right to security as a fundamental right is established within our legislation, which must preserve the rights of boys, girls and teenagers. Since according to our constitution they are subject to living in free physical, social and mental development. However, there is no benefit in favor of children and adolescents with respect to the state, which has the obligation to protect and respond to any act of child abuse. Peru establishes within the law the use of force in the exercise of the powers of education or parenting and it is required to cause some bodily pain or discomfort to correct or alter the behavior of minors, which should not be a humiliating punishment. that denigrates, devalues and ridicules children and adolescents. The Convention on the Rights of the Child defines minors as any person under the age of 18 who has the right to safety from all types of abuse, violence or labor exploitation. This law stands out for explicitly and clearly including the social rights of children and adolescents. In our research, we discovered that the Colombian Convention on the Rights of the Child states that states must ensure that children have access to appropriate information and materials to promote social well-being. We were also able to count on the Bolivian girl, boy and adolescent code that seeks for parents to contemplate their rights so that they see the obligation to provide food and sustenance, but above all to guarantee that children and adolescents grow up in a society Safely. Finally, the general law on the rights of girls, boys and adolescents in Mexico reiterates their right to a life without violence. and to personal integrity and as parents to look after them and as a state to put them as a priority in the face of any event that may endanger their physical, social and mental well-being. Therefore, in Peru it must be essential to take care of the safety of children, not overlooking cases of child violence in all its types, such as normalizing the fact that underage children work late into the night and in dangerous places. like Comas, we must take care of their rights since, due to little information, they do not know, nor do they have the means to ask for help, since the parents themselves are the ones who normalize labor exploitation, among others. That is why, with our research, we seek to raise awareness among municipal authorities who can retain the people who force and expose children and adolescents to work on the streets and protect them in a shelter where they can receive support, education and, mainly, the assurance that they will no longer be exposed to danger. In support of this research work, lawyers specializing in family law and criminal law will be used as units.
