The general objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge and quality of life in adults at the "San Carlos" health post, Comas - 2023. The study had a quantitative correlational approach, was designed in a non-experimental and cross-sectional manner. . The sample was made up of 133 adults from 25 to 65 years old. The results showed that 17.70% have high knowledge and good quality of life, 22% have high knowledge with poor quality of life, 39.079% have average knowledge with good quality of life and 10.35% have average knowledge with poor quality of life. and 10.50% low knowledge with good quality of life and 4.50% low knowledge with poor quality of life, within the significance it was obtained that p = 0.155 indicating that there is no relationship between both variables and accepting the null hypothesis, it is concluded that , when evaluating the relationship between knowledge and quality of life Spearman's Rho a significant correlation of 0.155, confirming that there is no relationship.
