The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between resilience and organisational commitment of employees in an industrial welding company located in Trujillo, during the year 2024. This study is framed within applied research, with a descriptive-correlational level and a non-experimental design. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, aimed at exploring the interrelationships between the variables in question. The target population consisted of all the company's employees, from which a sample of 52 employees was selected for analysis. The descriptive results revealed that 42.3% of the employees were at a medium level of organisational resilience, while 34.6% showed a low level and 23.1% reached a high level. In terms of organisational commitment, the distribution of levels was relatively balanced, with 34.6% of employees at the low level, 32.7% at the medium level and 32.7% at the high level. The correlational analysis, with a coefficient of 0.623, showed a positive and significant relationship between resilience and organisational commitment. This finding suggests that as employees develop greater organisational resilience, their commitment to the company also increases, highlighting the importance of strengthening resilience as a strategy to improve organisational commitment.
