The purpose of the study developed was to determine to what extent the psychosocial risks influence the interpersonal conflicts emerging from the new technologies of the workers of a health company in Cajamarca, 2023. In a non-probabilistic sample group, which involved -by census- to (n=163) workers from the three hierarchical levels of the organization. The methodology was of the applied type, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design, in addition to an explanatory scope. As measurement instruments, two questionnaires (R-PSC and CI-T) were developed whose psychometric properties were valid and reliable in the local context. The findings reported a high, direct and significant connection between the variables; In addition, psychosocial risks have an influence of 57% on interpersonal conflicts (rho=.687; CI<5%; R2=0.570). Likewise, high, direct and significant correlations were found in the dimensions of psychological demands (rho=.406; IC<5%; R2=0.421); social support and leadership quality (rho= .516; CI<5%; R2=0.681) and double presence (rho= .418; CI<5%; R2=0.425) with moderate degrees of influence. And low correlations in active work and skill development (rho=.366; CI<5%; R2= 0.268) and labor compensation (rho= .216; CI<5%; R2= 0.236). with low degrees of influence. Concluding that, the greater the exposure to psychosocial risks, the greater the tendency to generate interpersonal conflicts and vice versa.
