The research aims to design the Total Productive Maintenance to increase the productivity of the load and carry of the Gold Global Mining SAC company, which has begun by diagnosing the current state of the productivity of the loading and hauling, designing a total productive maintenance plan and evaluating the improvement in the productivity of the loading and hauling after implementing the total productive maintenance. The hauling equipment is currently in malfunction, according to the current diagnosis it is evident that the availability of the shovel is 82%, the performance is 80% and the OEE is 63%, and for mining trucks the current availability is 78 %, the yield is 80% and the OEE is 59%. In both cases the overall efficiency of the equipment is unacceptable, generating significant economic losses and low competitiveness. The shovel is critical 254 and the mining truck 258, both teams are in critical condition and need to be improved. In the total productive maintenance plan for the hauling equipment of the mine, the TPM policies were established to be fulfilled by the mine workers in charge of equipment maintenance, in addition hopper lightening programs and preventive and corrective maintenance plan were carried out . The improvement obtained when implementing the TPM methodology in the blades, is that its availability has been improved by 11%, the performance increased by 14%, the OEE increased by 19% and finally the criticality of the equipment has decreased has been reduced from 254 to 60, and for mining trucks, their availability has been improved by 15%, performance increased by 14%, the OEE increased by 24% and finally the criticality of the equipment has decreased from 258 to 62.
