The objective of this study was to develop a social marketing proposal to eliminate the normalization of violence against women in students of a Private University of Trujillo. The type of study was descriptive with a non-experimental and transactional design; For the initial diagnosis, a sample made up of 671 students between men and women was obtained. The instrument used was the "Scale of Normalization of Violence against Women", of own elaboration. The same one that had an adequate level of validity and reliability, which allowed the evaluation of the different types of normalized violence in the evaluated student body. The results indicated that there is normalization of violence against women, noting that the Professional Schools of Civil Engineering, Computer and Systems Engineering and Electronic Engineering present a higher level of normalization of violence against women. Likewise, within the analysis by type of more normalized violence, it was found that those evaluated from these professional schools present a higher level of normalization in psychological and emotional violence. In addition, a social marketing proposal focused on eliminating the type of violence against women in a Private University of Trujillo was developed. Where we proceeded to the development of guidelines, schedule and responsible based on the foundation of Social Marketing.
