The purpose of this investigation was to determine if state institutions such as the Integrated Judicial Module on Violence against Women and Members of the Family Group of North Lima and the National Police of Peru in the districts of North Lima intervene within the framework of the due diligence principle. And prompt immediate intervention in cases of violence against women in North Lima. Likewise, it was intended to analyze whether the immediate and timely intervention for the issuance and execution of protection measures by family judges and police officers against the excessive increase in complaints of violence against women is guaranteed. The present thesis has a qualitative approach by means of a basic theory-based theory design, which includes documentary analysis techniques and interviews. To this end, a review of 289 judicial files was carried out, together with interviews with judicial personnel specialized in violence against women in North Lima and police personnel from the section for the investigation and execution of protection measures for police stations in the districts of North Lima; who gave their opinion on the timely compliance for the issuance and execution of the protection measures regulated in Law No. 30364; data that enriched the results and allowed the interpretation of the topic in order to build new knowledge. It was concluded that the state institutions do not intervene in the framework of the principle of Due Diligence and Immediate and Timely Intervention since there are difficulties in complying with the legal deadline to remit the complaints by the police officers of North Lima and in the issuance of the resolutions of protection measures by the family courts of the Integrated Judicial Module on Violence against Women and Members of the Family Group of North Lima, since it was possible to warn that both institutions do not exceed 50% in meeting the deadlines to provide protection measures in favor of victims or aggrieved. Consequently, in this case, the hypothesis that was proposed coincides with the achievement of the investigation.
