The objective of this study is to analyze the early turnover indicator, the factors involved, and its causes in a coffee shop franchise located on Las Begonias Street in San Isidro, Lima. Maintaining controlled turnover is a key factor in the food and beverage industry, as employee expertise ensures timely customer service and also guarantees the maintenance of operational standards. Early turnover primarily stems from poor execution of the recruitment and selection process and is exacerbated by factors such as work climate and culture, including inadequate onboarding or training of employees. For these reasons, this study aims to propose solutions to address these areas for improvement among store managers, who lead the recruitment process. Finally, the study proposes updating the recruitment and selection process to attract different profiles that can contribute to achieving the organization’s objectives. Additionally, the proposal includes updating the store managers' training plan, as well as recertifying the most senior managers in their roles. This is intended to strengthen their skills in this area and contribute more effectively to the organization's goals.
