The problem we identified is that the citizens of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho do not have sufficient security to travel on public roads. Therefore, in order to address it, we conducted a detailed investigation that allowed us to define their user profile, as well as to know their needs and requirements. Then, in order to conceive a solution, we delved into the concerns of citizens and established the central objective of the problem to be solved. To this end, questions were posed, and possible solutions were proposed, evaluating them in terms of the cost and potential impact of their implementation. Thus, the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) emerged, which was taken to iteration with the user. Improvements were made based on the feedback received, which allowed us to reach the final value proposition that we call "Comunidad Segura" (Secure Community). This service is an application designed to contribute to safety on public roads, reducing incidents of insecurity by reporting them and providing information on safe routes. Thanks to the hypothesis testing, it was proven that the business is desirable, since there is willingness to use and pay, feasible due to the efficiency of the marketing plan that allows us to reach the proposed users, viable because it demonstrates a return of US$ 1'071,771 (VANF), and sustainable with focus on ODS 16, which serves and promotes inclusive and safe societies, and demonstrates a return of US$1'482,656.04 (VANS). Therefore, we conclude that our project will be an excellent investment proposition.
