The Cristo Rey Center Institution is a work of the Company of Jesus, founded in 1986, with the arrival of Jeff Thielman in Tacna, with the purpose of offering quality education to working children and adolescents in that city. It currently has the name Cristo Rey Center for Children and Adolescents Association. The purpose of this Business Consulting is to address the main problems of the institution, and as group alternative solutions were proposed to be able to meet the short and long term objectives. The environment of the institution has been strengthened by being associated with Jesuit institutions, and the Cristo Rey Center for Children and Adolescents Association is also legally constituted and allows it to be tax-free; To achieve the objectives, the working group considered applying the opportunities offered by the environment such as the scope of new technologies, having a greater number of professionals focused on sociology and psychology, and alliances between non-profit organizations in struggle. against poverty. The problems are variable in the different ones and the causes are the same. For this, it was analyzed through a Root Cause Prioritization matrix where, relating feasibility and benefit, it was concluded that the main causes are found in the areas of techniques, lack of productivity and rotation. Finally, our solution alternatives proposed having greater economic resources to be able to solve the main problems and thus achieve the short and long-term objectives set. Our proposal includes an investment plan of S/. 94.125 in the first year, having an TIR of 52.22% and an VAN of S/. 278,0036.76. This is expected to achieve short and long term objectives.
