The present business plan "SABOR A PERU" is a service that consists of the implementation of a healthy meal delivery system through digital orders made by digital means such as the internet, smartphone application or website. The initial market segment to serve in Lima includes the districts of Barranco, Jesús María, La Molina, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Miraflores, Pueblo Libre, San Borja, San Isidro, San Miguel, Santiago de Surco, Surquillo and Miraflores, since they concentrate a large number of population, students and / or workers between the ages of 25 to 50 years of the socio-economic levels A, B and C, identifying a target audience equivalent to 1’336,625 users. The innovative strategy to be applied by "SABOR A PERU" will consist of taking advantage of digital media, the internet and the online store application to provide facilities for customers to register on the website, learn about healthy dishes, seek nutritional advice and by chatbot through a system that applies Artificial Intelligence. This differentiating factor will become the main competitive advantage of "SABOR A PERU", personalizing the services and keeping costs low without affecting the value proposition. The financial evaluation estimated an investment required for the implementation of this Business Plan, for an amount of S/. 280,396.50 to cover the needs on time made up of tangible and intangible assets and staff salaries for three months. Considering a five-year horizon, the financial evaluation carried out in a baseline scenario gives a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 5’511,256.53, a Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 15.37%, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 725.28%. Finally, it can be concluded that this business plan is profitable, with moderate risk, and for investors it would represent a good opportunity to be considered.
