This research develops the validation of a continuous improvement model that allows improving inefficiencies in service processes in fast-food restaurants in Lima. It is also possible to confirm that the systematic approach improvement model optimizes the operational processes. This case study used the Study of Methods and Times, the Queue Theory and the Aggregate Production Plan to reduce the main problem. To achieve our objective, the Study of Methods and Times helped us to standardize order processing times. The Queue Theory helped us to optimize workflow and improve traffic flow. In addition, the Aggregate Production Plan made it possible to ensure supplies of essential inputs to meet demand. For the implementation of these tools, pilots of each of them were carried out, and, subsequently, the simulation was performed in the simulation software Arena version 16.1. As a result of the validation, the average order processing times was reduced by 17.11%. Additionally, the number of customers leaving the queue drastically decreased from 785 to 75, resulting in a notable increase in revenue from 17,128 to 35,522 PEN.
